In 1990, friends from North Dakota asked Gina for help cleaning and preparing their vacation home in Mesa. That single job quickly turned into referrals from winter residents traveling to Arizona from across the country. Word spread. More homes followed. Then more.

What started as a simple helping hand slowly evolved into a thriving word-of-mouth business — one home at a time.

As demand grew, Gina began hiring employees. By 2001, Carnation Home Cleaning moved from a home-based operation into a storefront on Main Street in Mesa, expanding beyond vacation homes into full-time residential and office cleaning services of all sizes.

As Gina puts it:

“The business grew unintentionally — one house at a time, over many years.”
