Subscription Terms

Our subscription program allows customers to receive recurring discounts on eligible products in exchange for enrolling in automatic renewal billing. Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of enrollment) and will automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file on or around the renewal date, unless you cancel prior to that date.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and following the cancellation steps in your account settings. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.

When to Cancel: To avoid being charged for an upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. not the current one.

Post-Renewal Cancellation Requests: If you contact us to cancel your subscription after a renewal charge has already been processed, please be aware of the following:

• We cannot guarantee that the renewal charge will be reversed or refunded.
• Refunds for charges that have already been processed are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
  

We strongly encourage all subscribers to monitor their renewal dates and submit any cancellation requests in advance of the upcoming renewal to avoid unintended charges!
