The Secret To Faster, Easier Mopping--Revealed!
The Mop That Changes Everything: How the Sh-Mop Can Transform Your Cleaning Routine
Mopping the floors is one of those household chores that often feels like a never-ending battle. The heavy bucket, the dirty water, the streaky floors—it's no wonder so many of us put it off until absolutely necessary. But what if mopping could be quick, easy, and even a little enjoyable? That's where the Sh-Mop comes in.
In this post, I’ll share real stories from professional cleaners who swear by the Sh-Mop, answer some of your top questions, and show you how this tool can truly transform the way you clean your home. By the end, you’ll understand why the Sh-Mop is not just another mop, but a complete game-changer for your floors—and your cleaning routine.
Why the Sh-Mop?
If you’ve been following along with our recent videos, you’ve already seen the Sh-Mop in action. For those just joining us, the Sh-Mop is a lightweight, highly effective mopping system with a large surface area that professional cleaners have been using for years. Unlike traditional mops that require heavy buckets and leave floors streaky, the Sh-Mop is designed to make mopping faster, easier, and more effective.
The mop covers are washable and reusable, meaning you’ll never have to buy disposable pads again. The flat, durable head allows you to clean hard-to-reach places like corners and along baseboards effortlessly. And best of all, it works on all floor types—wood, tile, laminate, vinyl—you name it!
Real Stories from Professional Cleaners
I know what you might be thinking: “Is it really that different from my current mop?” Instead of just telling you, let me share some real-world success stories from professional cleaning business owners who have made the switch to the Sh-Mop.
Nichole’s Story
Nichole, a cleaning business owner, shared: “We bought the Sh-Mop Kit to replace our traditional mops throughout our company and it works great! All my cleaning techs love this mop and the ease of use—and it even cleans off the most stubborn stuff stuck on the floors.”
This is a powerful testimonial because Nichole's team isn’t just cleaning their own homes—they’re cleaning multiple homes every single day. When a product gets rave reviews from professionals who need to clean quickly and efficiently, you know it’s worth considering.
Rebecca’s Story
Rebecca has been using the Sh-Mop system for over 20 years. She told us: “I was introduced to this mop system when my traditional mop broke at a client's house. She showed me the Sh-Mop and how to use it. I used it and was immediately sold! So much easier and quicker to use the Sh-Mop than to dip & wring out a traditional mop. It works beautifully on all floor surfaces.”
Rebecca even uses the Sh-Mop as a selling point with her clients, explaining that it offers the same deep clean as getting on your hands and knees—without the back-breaking work. When a cleaning professional uses the same tool for 20 years, that’s a huge testament to its quality and effectiveness.
Answering Your Top Questions
Since sharing the Sh-Mop with you, I’ve gotten some great questions. Let’s dive into a couple of the most common ones.
Where do you keep the clean covers if you have a big house?
The Sh-Mop covers are super compact, making them easy to store. You can keep a few in your cleaning caddy, a lined pocket in your Speed Cleaning apron, or even a small bag. Since they’re washable, you can always have a fresh cover ready to go, even if you’re tackling a larger space.
Can the Sh-Mop really get the dirt out of edges and corners?
Absolutely! The Sh-Mop has a flat, sturdy head that goes right up to those tricky spots. Traditional mops often just push dirt around, but the microfiber covers on the Sh-Mop grab and hold onto dirt, even in tricky areas like corners and along baseboards.
The Big Picture: What’s Possible with the Sh-Mop
Imagine if mopping didn’t have to be a hassle. Imagine a tool that helped you clean faster, with better results, and left you more time to do the things you love. That’s what the Sh-Mop can offer. Instead of spending your weekends scrubbing floors, you could be spending time with family, enjoying a hobby, or just relaxing in a clean, fresh home.
The Sh-Mop isn’t just a product—it’s a way to reclaim your time and reduce the stress of keeping your home clean. It’s about making cleaning more efficient so you can enjoy the things that really matter.

Jane, it sounds like your pad is doing great and doesn’t need to be replaced!
Lynn, the yellow microfiber mop cover has remained the same as always, but we did add a thick, heavy-duty microfiber cover (it’s white) which does indeed have a more snug fit.
Gail, Tile Juice and Scum Bum are very similar and can be used the same way. We do not carry Tile Juice any longer.
Lori, for Sh-Clean, the dilution ratio is a bit more fluid (pardon the pun). We have about 3/4 of an ounce on the side of the mixing bottle, but you can use less if needed. Some people find that using less on certain floor types works great.
What are the measurements for mixing shmop cleaner in a 16 oz. bottle? Ratio of water to cleaner in ounces?
Thank you
Sometimes, to really attack the corners I’m swabbing with my Sh-Mop, I’ll step on the corner of the head to be sure it’s made good contact with the floor in that corner spot. (I’ve been using my Sh-Mop for almost 30 years, carry dry covers in my caddy and place wet ones in my lined apron pocket. Such an efficient system!) ❤️
Can I use the old “Tile Juice” that I’ve had for years like ScumBum? Do you still sell it? Do you have a spray bottle for it?
Have you changed the microfiber mop pad in the last year or so ?
I purchased and had to return because it was too small for the shu mop head and took way too much time and effort to change the pad. It was not quick and easy like my original cotton “bonnets”/cover or as demonstrated in your video
