We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Speed Cleaning site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to Speed Cleaning site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

 

Other Conditions:

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Speed Cleaning signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time


Multiple Product Orders:

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Speed Cleaning reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

Returns:

If anything you purchase from us does not satisfy you for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, credit, or refund (less shipping) if that product is in new condition and unused. Items may be returned within 90 days for store credit. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items damaged during shipping or defective items may be shipped back to us free of charge.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on any vacuums or Vapamore products. All sales of these items are considered final once shipped.

Returns for professionals:

Professionals ( individuals or businesses with registered professional or wholesale accounts on our website) may return new or unused items for an exchange, credit, or refund within 90 days of purchase (or within the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is shorter). Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items damaged during shipping or defective items may be shipped back to us free of charge.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Speed Cleaning or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying a redelivery fee.

 

Undeliverable Packages:

Occasionally, a package may be returned to Speed Cleaning if the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or if the carrier is unable to deliver.

If this happens and you would like us to resend your order:

  • We are happy to re-ship the package once it is received back at our facility.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to have the package resent.

  • If you prefer not to have the order re-shipped, we can issue a refund for the product(s) once the package has been returned to us, minus the original shipping cost.

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information when placing your order.


Order Adjustments:

If you need to update your order details — including the shipping address or product selections — please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes; however, once an order begins processing or ships, we may not be able to make adjustments. Our team ships quickly, so timely communication is essential.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee that it can be updated, even if you contact us right away. Any delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy:

At Speed Cleaning, we understand that plans can change and we want to be as flexible as possible. Customers are welcome to request an order cancellation by contacting us via email or phone.

Please note:

  • Because we process and ship orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be honored once your order has been placed.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but due to our fast turnaround times, they cannot be guaranteed.


Payment Policy: 

To ensure successful and timely processing of your orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. This includes:

  • Keeping digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) current with valid card or bank information.

  • Ensuring that the form of payment provided is active, authorized, and able to accept charges at the time of purchase.

  • Updating expired, replaced, or canceled cards before placing an order.

Speed Cleaning is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by outdated or invalid payment information. If a payment is declined, orders cannot be processed or shipped until valid payment is received.

If you accidentally submit payment using the wrong credit card or payment method, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to assist by canceling and reprocessing the charge to the correct card when possible.

Please note:

  • A 3% transaction fee will apply to cover the non-refundable processing costs incurred from the original transaction.

  • The adjustment can only be made if your order has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make payment changes.

 

Coupon and Discount Policy:

  • Coupon Application: Coupons and discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively once an order has been placed.

  • One-Time Use: Unless otherwise stated, coupons are limited to one use per customer. If you forget to use a coupon, you may still be able to apply it to a future order (subject to the coupon’s expiration date and terms).

  • Order Cancellations for Coupon Use: If you request to cancel an order in order to repurchase using a coupon, your cancellation will be subject to a 3% processing fee to cover credit card transaction costs.

 

Out of Stock Product: 

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


Taxes:

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within certain states. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.


Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Speed Cleaning shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Speed Cleaning shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Speed Cleaning shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price


Mobile Terms of Service:

The Speed Cleaning mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Speed Cleaning (“Speed Cleaning”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Speed Cleaning’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Speed Cleaning through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Speed Cleaning. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333891874 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Speed Cleaning mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
