PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If anything you purchase from us does not satisfy you for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, credit, or refund (less shipping) if that product is in new condition and unused. Items may be returned within 90 days for store credit. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items damaged during shipping or defective items may be shipped back to us free of charge.

Insure the package and enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief note telling us whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit.
