Training Program Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice
Subscribers will receive an email notification in advance of their upcoming renewal. It is the subscriber's responsibility to review this notice and manage their subscription accordingly, including submitting any cancellation request before the renewal charge is processed.

Post-Renewal Cancellation Requests
If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed:

  • A 10% fee will apply to cover transaction costs.
  • We cannot guarantee that the remaining charge will be reversed or refunded.
  • If more than two weeks have passed since the renewal charge was processed, we will not cancel the subscription retroactively or issue a refund for that charge.
  • Any refund granted for a processed charge is issued at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

We strongly encourage all subscribers to monitor their renewal dates and submit cancellation requests in advance to avoid unintended charges and fees.
