Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but once it leaves our facility, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible by email. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we require clear photos and/or videos showing the damage to both the packaging and the item(s) received.

Without visual documentation, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement, as this information is necessary for us to file claims and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim and responded.
