Speed Cleaning™ Wet/Dry Mop Kit (2 Wet Pads, 1 Dry Pad)

The mop and the blue (dry) mop head are excellent. They are effective, versatile and make thorough cleaning much quicker and easier. The green (wet) mop heads are the reason this is not a five star review. They are the worst mop heads I've ever used. They leave a gray film and horrible streaks all over my floors. I've emailed the company for help, but I haven't heard back from them at all. So, a terrible product (the green mop heads) and poor customer service equal one star review for an otherwise outstanding product.

I love the wet/dry mop! I like the Velcro over the elastic attachment, which is why this is my go-to! I rarely use the duster head - I run the mop over the hardwood floors throughout the house. I don't worry if I hit a wet spot (pups coming in from rain or snow). I get it all together with back & forth motion (no need to lift like the broom) and sweep into the dustpan. With 2 long haired peeps and 3 dogs in the house (HAIR!) I use a rubber bristled brush to clear the mop head of hair, then toss it into the wash. Pet accident? Clean-up with a paper towel, spray the pet odor enzymatic on the floor. Go get the mop and it's done! Put a fresh mop on and it's ready to go! I use the Versa pole with mine for a longer handle.

This mop puts all other mops to shame. Seriously the best tool I have ever used! I've also had this mod for over 7 years.
