I purchased this steam cleaner about 6 months ago to clean my teenagers white carpet. It did a fantastic job! Much to my surprise, I enjoy using the machine and have used it to clean my Viking stove top, our tile floors,and bathroom sink tops. It is light weight, and easy to use. I had read many reviews before I made the purchase and I do agree that it runs out of steam fairly quickly. You then have to wait until it cools to refill it with the distilled water, and wait again, until it reaches the proper temperature. If the water reservoir was larger i'm afraid it would make the machine less portable. Very happy with my purchase!

Love it, Love it, Love it! I bought this steamer for cleaning residential rentals. I can clean a filthy oven with black baked on grease in half the time. The only negative is that there is not a water gauge to tell when the water is getting low.
