I purchased this motor because, after 25 plus years, the one in my faithful blue Big Vac finally gave up the ghost. I thought, "No problem" , I'll just buy another Big Vac". After all, I had just seen them on this site a month ago. Well, guess what is no longer being made by the manufacturer? Yep, Big Blue is a gonner. I was panicking and my husband told me to see if The Clean Team stocked motors. Wonder of wonders, they do! I called and a lovely girl named Tammi told me that the motor they carried was indeed meant for my precious Big Vac. Once ordered, it arrived in three days. My husband installed it that night and I've been happily vacumning everything in sight! (My neighbor may never visit me again. Well, how was I to know the fur on her coat collar was only held on with Velcro?)
